Once upon a time, well over 30 years ago, I was a primary school student at Holy Cross, a Catholic parish and grade school in Western Massachusetts. On one random day, I got into a schoolyard brawl with some goofy smart-mouth kid named Tommy. An Overdue Weigh-in on Adobe's Recent Fiascos

As a professional artist who's used Adobe's products for decades, I felt it was time I offered my 2 cents on Adobe's recent PR, legal, commercial, and philosophical dumpster fire, involving problematic verbiage in their Creative Cloud subscription Terms of Service relating to Adobe's alleged right to potentially utilize customer data saved to the Creative Cloud to (among other possible things) train Artificial Intelligence models. In the second half of the video, I talk about alternatives to Adobe software that I know at least a little about firsthand, and I touch on recent developments that are still unfolding regarding Adobe's Creative Cloud, the Terms of Service, Artificial Intelligence, usage of customer data, and the US Justice Department.
